Today I have spent the majority of the day cleaning and tidying up after my holidays, I have discovered this is a ritual of mine. I find that I need to reconnect myself with my home, and the way to do this is to love it up by cleaning, getting the energy fresh and then introducing colour in the way of flowers and plants. Orange has been a colour which has featured very strongly for me this year, so today I treated myself to an orange/yellow coloured pot plant and I brought some nasturtiums and crocosmia in from the garden to lift the energy.

It's always so wonderful to open the door and walk into home after a holiday, however good the break away has been. You have such a feeling for colour, and the orange flowers are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteHi, Jez here. You asked what painting App I use for my I-Pad paintings. I use the 'Brushes' App because it just seems to work the way I think. There are things I would like improved on it, but other apps don't appeal yet, though I keep experimenting.
ReplyDeleteMy husband likes ArtStudio and has worked with it a lot, but recently he had been liking my brushes paintings and has started using Brushes. He says it leaves him 'freer' than ArtStudio.
If you start on digi-art, I would love to see your paintings ...and if you know of anyone else doing this 'd love to know.
